For major events like annual dinners, weddings, or conferences, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially during peak seasons (November-February). However, we've successfully organized events with just 2-3 weeks notice. Contact us regardless of your timeline—we'll work with what's available.
Do you provide services outside Johor Bahru?
Yes! While we're based in JB, we regularly organize events throughout Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and other Malaysian states. We've also coordinated selected events in Singapore. Additional logistics fees may apply for locations outside Johor Bahru.
What's included in your event planning packages?
We offer customized packages rather than fixed options. Typically, our services include concept development, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, timeline management, AV production, on-site coordination, and post-event support. We'll create a proposal tailored specifically to your needs and budget.
Can I hire you for specific services only?
Absolutely! Not every client needs full-service planning. Many engage us specifically for AV production, venue sourcing, entertainment booking, or day-of coordination. We're flexible and happy to provide exactly the services you need.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on event type, guest count, venue, services required, and date. After our initial consultation, we provide a detailed quotation breaking down all costs transparently. There are no hidden fees. We work within your budget to maximize value.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon contract signing to secure your date and begin planning. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfers and selected credit cards. Payment plans can be discussed for larger events.
